Wat Chaiwatthanaram in the evening. This historical park is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River on the south west corner of the river surrounding Ayutthaya, easily reached when taking a Pasak River tour. This temple is designed in Khmer style and has a central Prang surrounded by four smaller prangs. It is located in the historic city of Ayutthaya opposite Siriyalai Palace on the other side of the river. The monastery grounds are extensive and is one of the most magnificent and imposing ruins in Ayutthaya.
